Westside Kickboxing teaches a blend of Western Boxing and Thai Boxing. These arts together are world renowned for their ability to deliver a combination of punches, kicks, knees and elbows whilst maintaining a strong and fluid defence.
As a member of Westside Kickboxing you will learn footwork, strike combinations, pad work and how to train with a partner. You will develop results quickly and be tested every aspect of physical fitness: speed, coordination, strength, stamina and agility. It’s also one of the best ways to fight off stress.
